Error : 400 Bad Request, Request Header Or Cookie Too Large while downloading EBS 12.2 Forms 10.1.2 Patch on the frustrating and irritating newer Oracle MOS Support Interface.

Issue:
I had to recently download a patch as part of the migration of Oracle EBS 12.2.10 Application from Oracle Linux 7 to 8 and I faced the Error : 400 Bad Request, Request Header Or Cookie Too Large while downloading EBS 12.2 Forms 10.1.2 Patch on the frustrating and irritating newer Oracle MOS Support Interface.

Solution:

Being on the same Download Page :
Use below Keyboard shortcuts
Chrome / Edge (Windows/Linux): Ctrl + Shift + N
Chrome / Edge (Mac): Command + Shift + N
Firefox (Windows/Linux): Ctrl + Shift + P
Firefox (Mac): Command + Shift + P

OR Click the 3 Dots on the right top of ( MS Edge Broswer ) and Click New InPrivate window

You will be redirected to Login again to Oracle MOS and after that I tested and downloaded the patch successfully without Error: 400 Bad Request, Request Header Or Cookie Too Large
